Our $209 (plus tax) discounted room block is available at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista.  For anyone wanting to extend their stay, this rate will be available 3 days before and after the conference (based on availability).   

Please note there is an optional $35 resort fee per room, per night, plus applicable taxes.  

The Optional Resort Fee covers:  guestroom high speed internet access, Disney bus transportation, DVD movie rentals, 2 Starbucks coffees daily, 2 bottled water daily, and $5 discount on one attraction ticket.  

Wyndham Lake Buena Vista (our overflow hotel)

For this hotel, there are two distinct lodging options that share resort amenities, including the Oasis Aquatic Pool and a variety of on-site dining options: the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista and the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena.  

If you are seeking modern, contemporary amenities and panoramic views, book the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista’s Lakeview Tower rooms at our discounted $199/night (plus tax) rate. The 19-story tower features views of Disney Springs®.  

The budget-minded solution for your Orlando-area stay is the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista at our discounted $149/night (plus tax) rate. Experience fun-filled, sun-drenched Lake Buena Vista, while enjoying the comfort of the newly renovated family-friendly, courtyard-style guest rooms.  

For anyone wanting to extend their stay, both hotel rates will be available 3 days before and after the conference (based on availability). The resort fees are waived and include  guest room premium wifi, pool and recreational activities, and 10% off food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at the Oasis Restaurant and Bar. 

The hotel is located a 5-7 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge to Disney Springs®, and  as an Official Walt Disney World® Hotel, there is daily scheduled shuttle transportation to the Theme Parks, where hotel guests enjoy a 30-minute early entry every day.*
