Los Angeles, California | June 9 – 10, 2025
Pre-Conference Intensive June 8, 2025
Registration opens March 2025

At a time when federal agencies and consumer protections are under attack, homeowner advocates play a more crucial role than ever in defending against improper foreclosures and unlawful mortgage servicing conduct. The 2025 Summer Mortgage Conference will provide in-depth training on issues including dealing with HOAs, manufactured housing, zombie second mortgages, and property tax foreclosure. We’ll also cover federal updates to loan modification rules, RESPA claims arising out of streamlined loss mitigation, litigation and ethics topics related to mortgage servicing practices, and a deep dive on helping homeowners recover after a natural disaster – from disaster aid to making sure the mortgage servicer disburses homeowner’s insurance funds.
