The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), & Lifeline: Open Energy and Utility Q&A Hour

For this Q&A, Stay Connected staff will feature expert Olivia Wein, Senior Attorney at NCLC, who will join us to discuss and answer questions on a few different topics of interest. She will begin by discussing the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) – how advocates can participate in the Request for Information (RFI) from the Department of Energy Resources (DOER) as well as general questions about the program and what to expect. She will also cover and answer questions on the status of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) as well as the Lifeline Program. 

As always, all questions about Massachusetts energy and utility issues are welcome. They do not need to be about the IRA, ACP, or Lifeline specifically. Additionally, feedback on what you are seeing in the field when working with clients is incredibly helpful in our advocacy work on the state and national level.
