Green Lending, Energy Financing & PACE

Homeowners can finance energy efficiency home improvements with various forms of green lending and energy financing, including PACE loans. But increasing numbers of homeowners have had problems due to fraud, unscrupulous contractors, and unsustainable loans. NCLC works to protect consumers from abusive energy financing and PACE loans.
