Tatia L. Gordon-Troy

As Chief Publishing Officer at National Consumer Law Center (NCLC), Tatia Gordon-Troy oversees the strategic direction and innovation of the organization’s publishing program, which includes 21 authoritative consumer law treatises and the NCLC Digital Library. She leads efforts to enhance the reach and impact of NCLC’s resources by emphasizing digital transformation, cross-departmental collaboration, and expansion of revenue streams.
Tatia brings to NCLC more than 10 years of organizational leadership combined with 25 years of experience in legal publishing. Previously, she served as Director & Chief Publications Officer for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, where she expanded revenue streams and led the launch of innovative digital products.
Following her entrepreneurial spirit, Tatia founded Ramses House Publishing LLC, an author services company, where she partnered with law firms and organizations in the development of high-quality publications. Tatia has held roles as a junior associate with a boutique firm in downtown Baltimore, press secretary to the late Congressman Elijah E. Cummings, and legal reporter and editor for The Daily Record, a legal and business newspaper based in Baltimore.
