Plaintiff filed this adversary proceeding against Navient Corporation seeking relief for himself and all other consumer bankruptcy debtors who have filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases in the Northern District of Texas and elsewhere nationwide, and who have been subjected to Defendants’ unlawful practice of failing to credit plan payments made by Chapter 13 debtors, through their Chapter 13 Trustees, on their student loan-debt serviced by the Servicer Defendants and owned by the Department of Education.
